A busy, busy week!

Well I am absolutely exhausted…another hectic week in the wonderful world of Year 3! We have had all sorts of exciting things happening. At the beginning of the week we tested our weighing skills when we baked bisuits (which were delicious, we are pleased to report!) We have been doing wonderful work in science and on Thursday we made our very own lava lamp with Miss Judge! Its is proudly on display in our classroom.

Today has been Children in Need day so we have done lots of work to do with Pudsey Bear, including data handling. We also had a real- life author, Tom Palmer, visit school to talk to us about his books and even have a penalty shoot out against Mrs Horsley and some of the children! Our winner was the very talented striker Zorawar, who was untouchable in the box…poor Mrs Horsley didn’t have a chance!

Our superstars this week are Liam and Saffron; as ever, their behaviour is impeccable and they always try their best at everything they do, which makes me so proud! Keep up the good work 🙂

Gosh, what a busy week…it’s no wonder we are tired!

Have a safe, fun and relaxing weekend and I look forward to seeing you all next week.
